Gathering of personal data
Your personal data is subject to special protection, so compliance with all statutory regulations is important to us. Personal data is individual information concerning personal or factual relationships of a specific or definable natural person, i.e. information such as the name, address, date of birth but also the telephone or fax number of a person represents such personal data in particular.
In order to guarantee you the highest degree of protection possible in the context of the statutory regulations, we wish to inform you below of the data which is recorded by us during your visit to our Internet site. Should the gathered data be used, this will also be stated below.
According to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we will only gather, process and save your personal data in order to process queries and, under certain circumstances, in order to perform orders or contracts. Use of your data for additional purposes is subject to your express consent According to § 13 Paragraph 1 TMG, all service providers must nominate a controller. Use of the gathered data
Should data be entered by you in the course of a contact or order form on our website or otherwise gathered in connection with such a form, we will only use this data for the processing of enquiries which are submitted to us via the form.
Your data which is gathered is only passed on to third parties by us in order to fulfil our contractual obligations and in order to guarantee a seamless process, in particular in order to perform a contract which has been concluded (for example disclosure of name and address to a delivery company), should this be necessary or should the saving of data be required for other legal reasons.
The data will only be saved for the purpose which you stated during the data entry and will only be used for the purpose which you have agreed to. The data is only saved for the time which is necessary in order to fulfil our contractual obligations and the intended purpose or should this be mandated by law. Use of data is also necessary in order to perform a contract which has been concluded as stated above if a creditworthiness check is carried out in order to safeguard our legitimate interests. Such a creditworthiness check requires personal data to be transferred to third parties and provides information about the likelihood of a customer failing to make payment. It can contain estimated values which are calculated scientifically and the calculation may require other address data. These estimated values are stated in terms of score values.

 

Cookies
Cookies are used on our homepage. These are text files which are stored on your computer. Permanent cookies recognise that your PC was already connected to a web service. Session cookies save the most recently viewed service. Third parties, i.e. our partner companies in particular, are not permitted to obtain, process or use personal data via our website by means of cookies. Session cookies are deleted once the session comes to an end. The use of cookies in the manner selected by us does not give rise to any detriments on your part. You can generally accept or exclude the setting, i.e. saving of cookies via your browser settings.
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those stated in this section “2 use of the gathered data” only takes place for the named requirements concerning creditworthiness checks, performance of the contract and processing of payments. You have the right to receive information concerning the saved data relating to you from all bodies which collect data in order to provide information concerning creditworthiness.

Protection, right to receive information
Your personal data will be saved in such a way that it is not accessible to third parties within the framework of what is possible technically and economically. When communicating by email, it is not possible for us to guarantee complete data security and confidentiality.
The GDPR grants you the right to receive free-of-charge information concerning your data which has been saved and, if applicable, the right to request the rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. Information, erasure and rectification requests can be sent to the controller as defined under § 13 Paragraph 1 TMG.
